Climate Influence Needs YOU
Peer-To-Peer Leadership Social Norm Shift Is The Untapped Opportunity
When it comes to climate influence, maybe I haven’t put enough enthusiastic emphasis on how that involves YOU? Hereby, find today’s audio post with it’s call to action…
What if there are way more corporate, political and nonprofit leaders out there acting on climate in their personal behaviors than are “fessing up” on any stages or social media channels (out of fear of their legal team or social media trolling, concerns they’ll appear to be bragging etc)?
I bet we can safely say there ARE. So, my post today is about helping a few more in this climate influence-interested community become emboldened to authentically and comfortably share how their personal values got integrated into their professional decision-making. A massive collective transformation of leadership social norms awaits.
I know what you are thinking now. That you would be interested in stepping up a bit, but you are hoping someone else will go first. Stop, think, and realize your peers are likely also waiting for that too.
Argh!
In this audio post, I share my nudge from my own experience advising clients, partnering on big picture storytelling and events, producing content and hosting my Living Change podcast. It’s the undertold story that has the biggest impact.
I call on you.

- Bloomberg Green Festival, which will be held in Seattle, July 10-13, where I dream some of the sorts of connecting on personal values <> professional decision-making integration will happen! I’m a Bloomberg Green Champion, so I aim to find, record, and share it along the way (of course).
