(Even if you think your brand name or corporate communications is all that matters.)

(Not the greatest sound quality in a few spots, but you’ll get the gist.)

This is me being emphatic about the untapped climate influence potential I see all around me, why the *human* leaders and not just the company name or brand need to build some visibility, and why this is so key to building trust with customers, clients, and potential collaborators. Being more visible as a leader early on in your particular sector is also key. There is no need to wait until you are a 50 year old CEO before you start claiming your voice, people!

We need all of the powerful, and visible, climate voices from the range of industry sectors that we can get.

Listen, learn and comment - let me know what this made you think of and/or if it inspired you to get more visible yourself.

I’m leaving the links out of this one, so I can just get it posted.

You know where to find me in the meantime.

And, keep an eye on some really interesting business/climate related events developing in Seattle this next six months. One of those is the Women In Tech Regatta, with a climate tech “port”, where I’ll be doing a live podcast recording on eCargoBikes for last mile delivery with a UW Urban Freight Lab leader. And, more. (I’m also the one developing partnerships/sponsorships for all of the climate sessions, if you’d like to align with the other sessions we are developing - late April, South Lake Union).

See you likely next week…
